Office Integration

Instead of starting in Outlook (as presented on the
Outlook Integration page), you might find it more convenient to start in
the application that was used to create the document to be faxed. If that
application was part of the Microsoft Office suite, NET SatisFAXtion has made it
simple to both create and address a faxed document. A new menu item, Print to Fax... has been added to the File
menu of Office applications:

If you simply select this menu item, a print dialog box
will appear with the printer being set to the FaxOut printer. This is the printer that was created during the installation of the
Client Suite.

Clicking the OK button will cause the currently opened
document to be displayed in the NET SatisFAXtion Image Viewer:
In the viewer, it is now possible to annotate the document.
By clicking on the Annotation menu item and then Insert Stamp…,
you can browse to any graphic image, place it on the page and
resize it as desired:

Before clicking on the Attach to E-mail button, you can add pages from other
applications to this document. Simply leave this window open, switch to
another application and print that document to the FaxOut printer. The
pages of that document will be combined with those already in the viewer and
will become a single attachment to the fax message.
By simply clicking on the Attach to E-mail button, the document
will be attached to a new Outlook Fax Message:

Addressing of this document can now be done as described in
the prior section on Outlook Integration.
