Installation and Configuration Instructions

When you click on the Download button, you'll get two standard dialog boxes.  Select the 'Save' option when the following box displays:

After saving, select Run.  'If Close this dialog...' is checked, double click on the NS-ClientSuite.msi file you just downloaded

Select 'Run' from the Security Warning box regarding the publisher:

Select 'Next' from the welcome screen (You may also see and error that states "the remote name could not be resolved, Continue with installation?" Your answer should be "Yes."

Accept the default folder location, or browse to change it, and click 'Next'

Files will now be copied and registered to your computer

If Microsoft Outlook is open, you will be directed to close it to continue.

Select look-up or change... Then click on the server button.
In the Fax Server box, replace FOIP with fax.easyon.com and leave the rest of the link as is.

Click the 'Next' button.  You will then type in your Fax usernam and password. Click 'Next'.

At the configuration summary box, click 'Finish'.

Pop-Up Notifier Setup:

By checking the 'Display a notifier when you receive a fax' box, you'll receive a notification at the lower right of your screen when the fax server receives a fax that has been determined to be for you based on the Direct Inward Dialing configuration of the server.

When you click on the notifier to view the document, it will be opened in the NET SatisFAXtion document viewer.  If you choose to have the document opened in a different viewer, browse to that program to enter its destination in the 'Launch this application when the notifier is clicked' field.  You can also enter an optional command line for this application.

The Outbound Fax Preview tab allows you to view the outbound fax, before allowing it to be sent.  The fax will remain postponed at the fax server until you view it. This shows you the converted fax image, created at the fax server for delivery.

The Real-Time Fax Status tab allows you to enable or disable the Real-Time Fax Status monitor.  This tool starts when your document is ready to be delivered, giving you a status of the transmission in real-time.

The General Tab allows you to select starting the Pop-Up Notifier at Windows logon as well as changing user accounts.

To install the FaxOut Client Suite, click on the Download button.  Before proceeding, it is necessary for you to close all Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.  It is also recommended that you close all other non-Microsoft applications.

NOTE: Microsoft's .NET Framework and Windows Installer are prerequisites to installing MSI based installer packages. If the machine you are installing on has not been upgraded to include these components, you can install them using the following links:
